The National Mentoring Center
The National Mentoring Center based at Northwest Regional Education Laboratory launched a new forum-style website in 2009 to promote dialogue and resource sharing regarding practice issues (including evaluation) in youth mentoring. All questions, comments and permission requests should be directed to Administrator Michael Garringer at garringm@nwrel.org or 503.275.9647.
Mentoring Research Listserv
The Mentoring Research Listserv brings researchers and practitioners from around the US and a number of foreign countries together to discuss mentoring research and evaluation, and identify resources about effective mentoring practices. Posts are always welcome. Participants share their experiences/initiatives/ideas from practice as well as alerts to research/scholarship/resources (books, articles, reports, program materials) that you or others may have conducted/created.
