Free Back-to-School Hair Cuts

Lower Columbia Community Action Program (CAP)In southwest Washington, 26 hair salons and barbers are offering a total of 600 free back-to-school haircuts to low-income families. Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Thursday, August 14 and will be good through Thursday, September 11.
