Life coaching is a future-focused practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal and mandated goals. BTS assist clients with: building life skills, self-development, personal transitions, relationship building, and career development. One of the unique aspects of BTS is that client determines what area of their life they want or need to be coached in.

SOS University Program

100 Black Men of Greater Seattle Incorporated

Through "Mentoring the 100 Way" training program, we ensure our volunteer members become certified mentors, advocates and role models for their youth. We partner with various local agnecies to fill the "Mentor Gap" first. Education: Our goal is to support the "100"operates the Wimberley Initiative. Partner with local schools to engage in the S.T.E.P. (Students Tutorial Enrichment Program). Other current initiatives will include SAT/ACT preparatory classes and technology courses that assist the community as we strive to address the digital divide.

Kairos Torch Washington

Kairos Torch is designed to meet the needs of the children of incarcerated parents between the ages of 13 to 21 years of age. An experience of this type creates and opportunity to introduce  a spiritual journey, which their parent or loved one may also be experiencing while incarcerated. One purpose of the experience is to introduce God. They receive a message that God offers unconditional love, acceptance, and forgiveness.
