YMCA Building Futures is a school-based mentoring program that matches elementary and middle school kids with caring, supportive, and stable adult mentors.  Mentors, called Builders or Big Buddies, meet with their mentees, called Buddies, one hour a week on school grounds or at YMCA childcare sites for a minimum of one year.

This mentoring roundtable of Grays Harbor is a coalition consisting of local mentoring organizations. This coalition provides opportunities for youth-serving organizations to build a base of community support.

This coalition is a collaborative effort to promote mentoring of youth in Grays Harbor County and surrounding areas.

Our Mariposa Occupational Skills Training Program is an all inclusive program designed for young women to explore their strengths and become empowered to design their future through education and occupational mentorship.

Our goal is to match youth to a positive adult role model. We believe one-to-one relationship will encourage youth to make positive, healthy, drug-free, violence-free choices while building self esteem. Mentors will provide youth with opportunities to contribute to the community, provide alternatives to substance abuse and violence, develop a lasting friendship, and most importantly, reward their individuality. Our goal of each match is to develop a relationship that benefits both individuals.

At Youth Dynamics we provide outreach and mentoring to low income and at-risk students with an emphasis on Hispanic outreach.

At Women Mentoring Women: our The Aunties Program matches young moms (23 and younger) with caring, established women in the Clallam County community who have experiences and interests related to their life goals. Our program is designed to encourage the delay of repeat pregnancies and the pursuit of education.
