4-H Youth Development - Pasco

4-H youth development education creates supportive environments for all youth and adults to reach their fullest potential. In support of this mission we provide formal and non-formal community focused experiential learning. We Develop skills that benefit youth throughout life. We foster leadership and volunteerism in youth and adults. We build partnership for programming and funding. We strengthen families and communities. We use research based knowledge and the land grant system. We foster environments that nurture the essential elements of learning. Participating in the actions of this mission statement results in capable, competent, caring citizens of the 21st century.
